Stop Searching for Tenders. Start Finding the Right Opportunities.
Finding public sector tender opportunities shouldn’t mean spending hours searching procurement portals or reviewing contracts that aren’t right for your business.
Tendle Tender Watch is a managed tender monitoring service that identifies relevant opportunities based on your services, capabilities, operating areas and commercial priorities.
Unlike standard automated tender alerts, opportunities are reviewed by a real person before being shared with you, helping you focus on contracts worth considering.
How Tender Watch Works
1. We Get to Know Your Business
We start by understanding what your business does, where you operate, the types of contracts you’re interested in and the opportunities you’re realistically equipped to deliver.
This helps us build a personalised tender profile, so we’re looking for opportunities that match your business rather than simply forwarding every tender containing a particular keyword.
2. We Find and Review Opportunities
We monitor public sector tender opportunities every working day, looking for contracts and frameworks that match your business profile.
Rather than simply sending automated alerts, we review potential opportunities against your capabilities, preferred locations and commercial priorities.
Where relevant, we also highlight important deadlines, potential requirements and any obvious concerns worth considering before you decide whether to pursue an opportunity.
3. We Notify and Support You
When we identify a potentially suitable opportunity, we’ll send you the relevant tender details, submission deadline and our initial observations to help you decide whether it’s worth exploring.
You’ll have the opportunity to review the tender and decide whether to proceed. If you need more detailed support, Tendle can provide feasibility assessments, bid preparation and submission assistance as separately agreed services.
We also help you stay better prepared by providing light-touch maintenance of your existing Bid Library, including monitoring key document review and renewal dates.
What's Included in Tender Watch
Personalised Tender Monitoring
We monitor public sector tender opportunities every working day, using your business profile to identify contracts and frameworks that match your services, capabilities, locations and commercial priorities.
Human-Reviewed Opportunities
Potential opportunities are reviewed before being shared with you. We highlight relevant deadlines, initial suitability considerations and any obvious concerns to help you decide whether to explore them further.
Relevant Opportunity Notifications
You’ll receive notifications when potentially suitable opportunities are identified, rather than generic lists of tenders. There is no guaranteed number of opportunities, as availability depends on the market.
Ongoing Business Profile Updates
As your business develops, we can update your monitoring preferences to reflect changes in your services, geographical coverage, capacity or commercial priorities.
Light-Touch Bid Library Maintenance
Where you have an existing Bid Library, we’ll help monitor important document expiry and review dates, flag outstanding evidence and organise straightforward updates using documents you provide.
This includes up to 30 minutes of maintenance per month. Creating new policies, case studies, method statements or substantial tender documentation is quoted separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive tender opportunities every week?
Not necessarily. We only notify you when we identify opportunities that appear relevant to your business. The number of suitable tenders depends on market activity, your services and your preferred operating areas.
How is Tender Watch different from free tender alerts?
Free alerts generally rely on keywords and search filters. Tendle goes further by reviewing potential opportunities against your business profile, capabilities and commercial priorities before sharing them.
Does the subscription include bid writing?
No. Tender Watch helps you identify and initially assess opportunities. If you decide to pursue a tender, we can provide feasibility assessments, bid writing and submission support under a separate agreement.
Do I need an existing Bid Library?
No. You can subscribe without one. Where you already have a Bid Library, light-touch maintenance is included. If you need a new library developed, we can provide this as a separately quoted service.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. There is an initial three-month commitment. After that, the service continues monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
